Our Inspiring Foundation
Sunny Estates was founded on a passion for quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and building homes that stand the test of time. After earning his building degree in El Paso, Texas, our founder began his career in roofing and remodeling before quickly advancing into custom home construction throughout Waco, Tampa, and Austin. Together with his wife’s creative eye for design, they have become a dynamic team known for creating unique, functional, and beautifully designed homes tailored to each client’s vision.
